Sharing categories with a partner

I’m setting up my life admin system with categories like “Me,” “Home,” and “Kids’ Education.” I want to share it with my partner, but she wants her own “Me” category, while “Home” would be shared.

How do you handle this? One option is to add names, like “Personal Records – Alice,” “Personal Records – Bob,” “Wellbeing – Alice,” and “Wellbeing – Bob,” but that feels a bit clunky. Any better approaches?
