@mentat, thank you very much for this lengthy reply. It has given me pause for thought. I will return to this when I have time. For now, see here for an example of how I’m stuck in the trap of endless configuration. It’s very insiduous; even when you think you’re simplifying, you might still be making things harder for yourself
