I purchased the Workshop a while back and have been slowly working through it - I stopped and started again if I’m honest! In the meantime the Life Admin pack has launched, and the website seems to indicate that the pack is available as part of the Workshop FIGURE 14.11A. - but I can’t see it anywhere.
I’ve got to the point in the course 34 where you’re giving Lucy feedback and figured being able to compare my structure to the Life Admin pack would be useful. Can you let me know where in the course I can access it if it is part of the course?
Just raised you a $0 order for the pack, it should be in your email.
LA wasn’t done (wasn’t even an idea!) when we released the workshop. When it came out I looked into retro-mailing everyone, but that turned out to be a surprisingly complex can of worms! For reasons of my own doing, but nevertheless.
Hello @johnnydecimal, was the LA download link added to the workshop by any chance? I also got the workshop before LA got released so I didn’t get the link at the time of purchase.
Also, fingers crossed with SBS! I bet it’s a lot of work but I hope it’s coming along well. I couldn’t afford joining when it was first announced but I intend on getting the membership soon to support you guys.
Exciting news, best of luck with launch, I hope it all goes well!
Sorry to hear about RSI though. I hope you can take the necessary break very soon - and take as long as needed. Are you using or planning to use an ergo keyboard to help relieve RSI?
Yeah I’ve used an ergo for years. Currently on one of these.
At the moment though it’s just stress and time. Sitting here 6+ days/week getting more and more hunched through the shoulders, doing things more and more quickly. You don’t realise it but it creeps up on you.
At least now I can recognise it. I know what it is, and I know the fix: rest, and stretching.
I’m sure you know what’s best for you, but I don’t think Alice layouts actually do anything for RSI. Tented keyboards (especially ones from Kinesis) might be better in the future? Of course, best thing is just a plain old holiday!
