Today, while visiting an IRC chat, I got a question “10-20?” which was assuming that a native US citizen should translate them to “what is your location?” (I’m not an American, I live on the opposite side of the Earth).

Growing up, we would always say, “10-4, good buddy” on our walkie-talkies. It’s cool to know where that came from! Thanks for sharing.
