Hi. Honestly not sure if this forum is even alive lol but I’ll ask anyway. I want to setup a johnny decimal system for all of my home files because I’m kind of super sick of not knowing where anything is. I’m wondering of the efficacy of setting up a system where I might have some categories on one drive and others on a second – the reason for this is a bit long to explain, but suffice it to say I have A LOT of stuff on my drives from work/home life/gaming etc…
Is splitting up the categories onto multiple drives too complicated? Seems like it might be solvable with a central index file that tells me where each category is, but I don’t really know if I want to commit to it if there are possible problems down the road.
