Resource libraries: a category or a special zero

I’ve been refining my Parish System and noticed a pattern emerging. In almost every area, I’ve ended up creating a “Resource Library” category—for example, 29 Relationship Resources and 39 Operations Resources.

The more I looked at it, the more it felt like these resource collections might belong in one of the special zeros slots instead—for example, 20.05 Resources, 30.05 Resources, and so on, and potentially even 34.05 Resources That would give each area a consistent place for reference material, rather than treating it as just another category.

I freely admit I’m a little biased, since Area 90 already has a Category 99.

I’m curious how others approach this. Do you keep resources as their own category within each area, or would placing them in the special .05 slot make more sense?

It’s a great use of the zeros!

Is a single ID going to be enough? Remember you have the entire range from AC.00-99 free, and should leave AC.00-09 free for official system use.

How about assigning yourself a heading, e.g. AC.10 ■ Resources, and now you can use AC.11-19?

That’s a great idea! I was actually wondering the same thing. As I’m currently revisiting Area 70–79 (Communication), I’ve already uncovered seven IDs in that would fit into 70.11–19.
