I am normally not one to do well at sorting myself out but I am really trying!
How do these areas and categories look? (two sets one organisations then area and the other vice versa). Let mw know what tips and tricks you have, I’ve tried to be super broad.

I would recommend buying the life admin pack. Considering I have a modest income (whilst recognising very privileged compared to most of the world being in England), I would say it is very reasonably priced as are Johnnys other products. I recommend the life admin pack as that really speeds things up. Almost everything you can think of is there and as Johnny said, a great inspiration and guidance when you need to expand. I know nobody likes being sold to, but honestly, you will buy your time back very very quicky, from a massive JD fan

I have bought the life admin pack but it doesn’t feel like a great fit. How does what I have created seem now (I will need to add the individual IDs but it’s not something I really want to start before I am set on the structure)
That feels good to me. The mistake most starters make is having ambiguous categories. This will inevitably lead to confusion in the future.
So I’d perhaps question some of your productivity stuff. What’s the difference between 22 Learning & 23 Research and Reading, for example? They feel really similar.
But this is a mild criticism. As a first go, I think this will serve you well.

I think you should try a bit harder to give the life admin pack a go.
Why? Because I’ve been doing this for a decade. Me and Lucy spent hundreds of hours putting that pack together. It has years of learned experience embedded.
So it might not feel like a perfect fit. Okay. What do you want to be though?
So take all of your 10-19 and make it work! And 30-39. Take those two, at least, and use life admin for those.
Your other areas sound a bit outside the scope, so do your own thing there.
