It’s a call box. You press the button on the lower right and someone inside answers. The rest of those “buttons” are just for decoration.
Unless you are going to cut the wires underneath the box.
The title reminds me of the Redheaded League, from Sherlock Holmes.
Nothing more to say, transmission out.
But … just make a mould with only one button?! Make it bigger!
