I just realized something that I hope you can add to your rss feed.
When I click on a Daring Fireball footnote in Netnewswire it brings up an inline popover with the footnote in it without loading the web page. When I do the same for a JD footnote it kicks me out to a full version of the web page and jumps to the bottom to se the footnote.
Can you try an emulate DF’s behavior in Netnewswire for JD as well?

Will add it to the list! Site’s about to get a relaunch and the underlying code is a lot nicer to update. (The existing www.johnnydecimal.com I’m basically scared to touch.)
