I feel like you’ve included everything so far. I just wish there was more on managing a family in life admin/areas. I have ended up giving my children their own version of “me and others”.
I’ve been playing around with this JD system for months now and was using PARA previously, feeling like something wasn’t flowing right but now I feel like I can finally come to a finish.

Edit to add, I want whatever system I have for my children to serve them in the long run, so when they are old enough to need the information for themselves, they can easily navigate it and hopefully follow on from what I have created.
