I’ve signed up for, and am very happy with, Fastmail. Will be doing some sort of video series for those of you who don’t know how this works – which is Lucy. We’ll use her as the student again.

New to this site/service. This was one of the first threads I read 
, but didn’t deter me at all.
Actually it’s refreshing for someone being so honest and transparent regarding a mistake. There’s plenty of (far bigger) companies which could take a leaf from that tree.
